HOUSTON, TEXAS –Primary Arms Government has announced the hiring of Kirby Evans as the new Territory Sales Manager for the western region.
Kirby Evans brings over 17 years of Law Enforcement experience as a Texas Master Peace Officer and seasoned TCOLE instructor. Throughout his tenure as an officer of the Corpus Christi Police Department, Evans acted as a Patrol Field Training Officer, a Range Master and Armorer, a Field Training Officer, and a field Narcotics Investigator. He played a vital role as an instructor for both firearms and tactics, leading a broad-based team of up to 25 instructors at a time. During this time, Evans also founded HDC Concepts, a Law Enforcement training firm that specialized in optimizing and expanding the training market throughout Texas. His experience lends him unique visibility into the Texas Law Enforcement markets, particularly surrounding firearm acquisitions and tactical technologies.
As Primary Arms Government’s new Territory Sales Manager for the western region, Kirby Evans will be the leading connection for Law Enforcement teams operating in 13 different states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. He will also work with Texas Law Enforcement teams south of I-20, west of I-35, and west of I-37. This also includes Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and all major teams south of Corpus Christi.
