HOUSTON, TEXAS – The highly-anticipated Primary Arms® Optics SLx® 5x MicroPrism is now available for purchase with immediate delivery! Initially revealed as part of Odyssey 2023, the NEW 5x MicroPrism combines enhanced 5x magnification with a micro-sized footprint, comparable to a red dot. This launch also includes new MicroPrism accessories, including a 12 O’clock Reflex Mount (MR-12) and an Offset Micro Dot Mount (MDOM).

The SLx 5x MicroPrism is a precision-driven prism scope that weighs in at only 8.5 oz. This makes it one of the lightest 5x scopes on the market, without sacrificing durability or optical performance. Despite its small size, the 5x MicroPrism offers quality glass with a 21′ field-of-view (@100 yards) and a forgiving eye box. Additionally, the 5x MicroPrism features AutoLive® motion-sensing reticle illumination with Daylight Bright® output, just like other best-selling MicroPrism optics.

The SLx 5x MicroPrism comes with two different reticle options: the ACSS® Aurora® 5.56/.308 Yards and the new ACSS Aurora MIL. The ACSS Aurora 5.56/.308 Yards is calibrated to match 5.56 and .308 ballistics, incorporating advanced auto-ranging stadia to reach 800 yards with ease. For cartridges other than 5.56 and .308, the ACSS Aurora MIL reticle features a standard MIL-grid style reticle with the same advanced ranging tools, making it a great choice for any rifle.

To help you get the most from the SLx 5x MicroPrism, Primary Arms Optics has also released two new MicroPrism accessories. The 12 O’clock Reflex Mount allows the user to attach a mini reflex sight above their optic in a ‘piggyback’ position, while the new Micro Dot Offset Mount allows you to attach a micro red dot in a side-canted position.

“We’re thrilled with the incredible response to our 1x and 3x MicroPrism models, but we listened closely to our customers who were looking for even greater magnification in this compact design. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the 5x MicroPrism, which delivers top-notch optics, brilliant illumination, and advanced reticles in that same miniaturized footprint,” says Stephen Morgan, Director of Product Marketing for Primary Arms Optics. “We know that with this increased magnification, there will be a growing demand for piggyback and offset optics, so we’re also introducing new accessory mounts to make our MicroPrisms even more versatile.”

Priced at $399.99, the SLx 5x MicroPrism is now available at or at your favorite Primary Arms Optics dealers. Like all Primary Arms Optics products, it comes with an industry-leading lifetime warranty.
