HOUSTON, TEXAS – Primary Arms has announced the hiring of Hue Ly as Controller, overseeing accounting operations across all major business units.
With over 23 years of accounting and finance experience, Hue Ly brings a wealth of business knowledge to the high-growth Primary Arms team. Over his career, Hue has built extensive Controller expertise with businesses of various sizes and structures. This includes businesses within the oil and gas industry, wholesale distribution, quick service, real estate, and manufacturing, as well as non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Hue has demonstrated clear proficiency in fast-pace, high-growth organizations, helping to build businesses from founding to full maturity. Before joining Primary Arms, Hue was a Controller at Dhanani Group, where he managed approximately $500M in revenue across 300+ locations.
Given his broad experience and exceptional track record, Hue proved an outstanding candidate for the position, and Primary Arms is proud to welcome him to the team. With his new position, Hue will be responsible for all aspects of Primary Arms’ financial reporting, financial analysis, and accounting functions for all four major business units, including optics, ecommerce, government, and wholesale. Hue will also act as a key contributor to future investment decisions, such as Primary Arms Optics’ recently announced move to a new 50,000-square foot facility near their in Houston headquarters.
